We’re the new owners of The Tipsy Filly and we’re happy you landed on our website! We are so proud to have the opportunity to continue what the previous owners so passionately started in Bowling Green, KY five years ago, bringing it across state lines into Middle TN to our hometown of Clarksville! Both military veterans, Clarksville has been our home for over a decade now, and we can’t wait to be a part of all your important events! Michelle, an Executive Bourbon Steward and Certified Bar Professional, brings years of experienced mixology and event hospitality to the Tipsy Filly.
